3. Expectation for the Summit: Look forwarding for the annual reunion of NetHope Members. So excited about exchanging information and learning from others experience in the ICT Sector and technology for good, as well as participating in the interactive sessions and planned workshops for this year.

4. Short bio:
Ali El Benni is the regional ICT manager for the Europe Middle East and Central Asia region of Catholic Relief Services USCCB. Overseeing all country programs ICT operations Ali’s responsibilities include: providing leadership for the planning, deployment, training, adoption, operation, support, maintenance, and enhancement of global, regional, and country program ICT systems including oversight of technology used in field projects. Ali is accountable for ensuring that the regional ICT needs, both in terms of technical solutions and staff capacity, are met and that agency ICT standards and solutions are adopted within the region.
Ali joined Catholic Relief Services in 2004 and calls on his wide professional experience in ICT Service Management, ICT Governance and Emergency response to help CRS achieve its global strategy and annual business goals.
Ali graduated from the Lebanese University of Beirut in 2001 where he earned a Bachelor degree in Telecommunications and Network Engineering. In 2004, he completed his master studies in Electronics at the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts in Paris.
Ali is Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and ITIL foundation certified.
