Team Rubicon CEO Jake Wood will explore how his organization has leveraged new technology to rapidly achieve scale, flexibility and organizational resilience in the six years since its founding. The talk will explore how starting from "zero" enabled TR to harness the cloud revolution and implement smart technologies to reduce cost, increase remote collaboration and input, and improve measurement and evaluation. Jake will also explore the types of organizational cultural norms that drive forward-leaning technology adoption and change.
