PATH has partnered with DocuSign since 2010 to reduce paper and automate workflow. It's proven a cost effective way to accelerate the award and contract approval process. PATH is an international organization and often require approvals from staff spread around the globe. Prior to DocuSign it would take days to get awards and contracts signed – often with packets shipped to execs wherever they were traveling. DocuSign took that process down to minutes and enabled improved SLAs from grants team. PATH has since rolled out DocuSign to Procurement and integrated it into their global Salesforce solution.
