There is no gender equality without data equality. The Gates Foundation has announced a commitment of $80 million to close gender data gaps and help accelerate progress for women and girls around the world. This plenary session will answer key questions including:

2. What are best practices for collecting data by gender, and how can your organization tap into this expertise?
3. How can quality gender data create better ICT4D/development outcomes?
