Roger Ford is managing director and global lead for Accenture Development Partnerships, which focuses on helping international development organizations address the world’s complex social, economic and environmental issues. By delivering the power of Accenture’s global capabilities and experience at the intersection of business and technology, Accenture Development Partnerships helps clients develop sustainable, innovative and market-based solutions to maximize value while driving measurable impact.

Mr. Ford holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Maryland.Mr. Ford joined Accenture in 1998 from Thomson Reuters and became a managing director in 2003. Prior to assuming his current role, he served as a managing director in Accenture’s energy practice focused on leading retail operating strategy for Accenture’s oil and gas clients. Over the past 10 years, Mr. Ford has been responsible for leading Accenture Development Partnership’s global team of technology and management consulting professionals to serve Accenture’s international development clients at scale - delivering consulting services including growth strategy, digital, technology, and supply chain.  Mr. Ford also engages directly with many of Accenture’s clients to broker and design innovative partnerships, which apply market-based solutions to help solve traditional development challenges spanning agriculture, healthcare, energy, education, finance, and humanitarian response.
