Michael Corley is an independent consultant engaged by The Patterson Foundation as its Sr. Consultant for Administration. In this role, Michael supports the CEO in managing the operational aspects of the Foundation, aligning consultants and employees, and ensuring contractual compliance.
In addition to working with The Patterson Foundation, Michael works with other organizations (profit and nonprofit) to facilitate working groups and project teams, to develop and train leaders, and to implement operational procedures to close the gap between strategy and execution.
Prior to founding The Corley Company, Michael served as President & COO and Chief Financial Officer of a professional employer organization (outsourced human resources) and held a variety of leadership positions in the healthcare industry.
Michael received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of South Florida. He is currently Chairman of the Board for Take Stock in Children – Manatee. Michael is married, has two sons and lives in Bradenton, FL.
